Lordswood Sixth Form Wall Art – atrium

We were very fortunate to have the opportunity to design some stunning, bespoke Atrium Wall Art for Lordswood Sixth Form.

Their atrium is a bright and airy space with a modern and minimalistic feel. So, the brief was to inject some colour and vibrance into the space. We also needed to keep the sleek, modern and professional ambience of the atrium and wider Sixth Form building. 

We looked to the outdoors for this beautiful Sixth Form Wall Art project. With a city skyline effect, the design depicts the modern buildings that make up the exterior of the Sixth Form.

Splashes of colour and a painted effect also give the atrium wall a really creative and colourful boost. In fact, the wall seems to come alive before your eyes!

The result

The end result is a visual feast that engages the senses and brings the atrium to life. We used an immensely rich colour palette to further add to the artistic appeal of this Atrium Wall Art.

It features deepening shades of purple, pink and yellow melting harmoniously with greens, blues and oranges. So, visitors will notice the beautiful Atrium Sixth Form Wall Art installation immediately. They’ll also ain a sense of the modern and creative atmosphere.

For existing students, the Atrium provides a stunning visual learning environment, which, as we know, is so critical to wellbeing.

Although the Atrium Wall Art certainly makes a strong visual impact, it has been sympathetically installed to complement the existing elements of the area. For example; door frames are painted in a sleek grey. And this plays perfectly against the bright and bold colours of the Wall Art above.

The natural light from the ceiling illuminates the bold colours and images that flow across the atrium. So it all feels very natural and unobtrusive, which is exactly what Wall Art should be!
