Our straightforward process takes you from your free consultation to the big reveal in six short steps.
At a site visit we will discuss what you are hoping to achieve, look at areas you have in mind or walk around your school with you to identify suitable areas if you are not sure. We will assess the surfaces to determine the best material and take measurements and photos in order to give you a no-obligation quote.
An initial site visit is free of charge and enables us to get information, photos and measurements in order to give you a specific cost for your quote. This is a free service so that we can generate a no-obligation quote. We hope you will then place an order of course but there is no commitment for you to make a purchase. Please contact us to book a site visit.
We offer a bespoke pricing system and quote on each project. When we visit your school for your free consultation, we’ll measure up the space and determine the scope of work involved. Then, we’ll put together a bespoke quote for your project and send this to you via email.
Once you have received your initial quote, we are happy to discuss the proposal with you and make adjustments where necessary.
Once the brief for all areas is finalised, your project will then be booked into the schedule with a designer.
Your Promote Your School consultant will help you finalise the brief. Rest assured, it doesn’t need to be lengthy or elaborate! You can read more in our FAQs here.
Bespoke design needs to go through a process of discussion and revisions to get to the final point. We’ll create options for you at first draft and we give you the promise of unlimited amends according to your original brief, so you can have the confidence that the final installed artwork will be in line with your expectations.
We have a range of materials for different uses and wall types and select the appropriate materials for the walls that you have. For example, a brick wall may require a board material, whereas a smooth plastered wall would, in most cases, be better suited to a wall wrap.
The choice of materials would have been discussed at the original site survey and/or specified on your quote document.
All of the materials that we use have fire ratings and are proven to last many years. We can provide the specification sheets on request.
Let us know of any restrictions on access, timings or anything else well beforehand so we can plan that into the day.
We will ask you to make sure the areas are fully prepared before the installers arrive to avoid any delays.
We kindly request that someone who has been involved in the project is there at the end of the installation to sign it off as per the specification agreed.
We’ll visit your school to understand your goals, explain our process and provide you with a no-obligation quote.
