Chapel Hill Primary School Literacy Fence Wall Art
We designed a literacy fence for Chapel Hill Primary School.
This literacy fence creates a sense of magic in the outdoor area at Chapel Hill Primary School. We used a rich colour palette and vibrant images to bring the design to life.
Creatures appear in various scenes and poses, all designed in an extra large format. This invites children to take a closer look and discover more within the designs. In this way, the literacy fence sparks curiosity and encourages natural engagement with the content. We also included a series of quotes from famous stories and authors.
Charming character
As a relatively new school, Chapel Hill Primary continues to evolve. Sue Jackson, headteacher, has invested in mutliple phases of Wall Art to add charm and character to the new buildings. This isn’t the first literacy based project we’ve completed for the school. We also designed a storybook corridor, which you can see here.
This design is the latest piece of the puzzle, and has transformed the school’s outside space. The enchanted forest backdrop is perfect for the space as it combines a natural woodland images with enchanting, fantasy creatures. This creates an inspiring and dazzling effect.
