Promote Your School supports Hello Yellow Campaign

BLOG 15 SEP 2026

Hello Yellow takes place on 9th October 2026. On this day, thousands of schools across the UK will wear yellow and say hello to celebrate 10 years of standing out, starting conversations and raising funds – so no young person feels alone with their mental health.

Promote Your School is delighted to announce that we have partnered with Young Minds to support this year’s Hello Yellow campaign.

We have donated a Wellbeing Wall Art project for a random prize draw. To be eligible to win the Wall Art Prize, schools must register to take part in the Hello Yellow fundraising campaign and make a minimum donation based on their fundraising activities.

After Hello Yellow on 9th October, Young Minds will pick one lucky school at random. That school will win a bespoke Wall Art project to start conversations about mental health and improve pupils’ wellbeing.

Hello Yellow

Wear yellow and say hello as Young Minds celebrates 10 years of standing out, starting conversations and raising funds. Their goal is to make sure no young person feels alone with their mental health.

There are days when all of us struggle with how we are feeling. Things can get tough, and it can be difficult knowing how to cope. For so many young people, when this happens, they don’t always get the help they need, when they need it. They don’t know where to turn, who to talk to, or even if anyone else feels the same.

But we can change this. By taking part in Hello Yellow you’re starting a conversation about mental health wherever you are. And, by funding Young Minds’ support, you’re ensuring they can be there to pick it up where you left off.

Stand out, wear yellow on 9 October and donate what you can. Together we can support young people’s mental health, when they need it – no matter what. Register your school here!

We think the Hello Yellow campaign is such a brilliant initiative – it’s simple, bright, and positive, but it also carries a really powerful message about supporting young people’s mental health.

Our partnership with Young Minds

Promote Your School is an education design agency. Every day, we visit schools across the UK and beyond to discuss their challenges, goals and needs. We then create bespoke designs that transform key areas of the school.

Over the past few years, we’ve seen a huge increase in demand for Wellbeing Wall Art.

Luckily, there are many ways to improve mental, physical and emotional health through visual designs.

Wellbeing Wall Art inspires pupils and teachers to take actionable steps to feel better. And, because it’s a large format design, pupils can engage with the content as and when they like, and in the way that suits them best.

How to win a Wellbeing Wall Art project

The Wall Art competition is open to all UK and Northern Ireland schools. To be eligible to win the Wall Art Prize, schools must register to take part in the Hello Yellow fundraising campaign and make a donation based on their fundraising activities. Register here to get started.

Hello Yellow takes place on 9th October 2026. But schools have until 6th November to make their donation and enter the random prize draw. Young Minds will select a winner, at random, after 6th November and they will win a bespoke Wellbeing Wall Art project.

Promote Your School will visit the winning school to discuss the project and help them choose a suitable location for the Wall Art. We’ll guide the school through the design brief to ensure we fully understand their requirements. Then, our in-house design team will create the artwork and share with the school for feedback.

Once the school is happy with the designs, we’ll print and install them as part of the prize. There is absolutely no cost to the winning school – terms and conditions apply.
