Our partnerships allow us to support learning and wellbeing in key areas like literacy, numeracy and child mental health.
We work closely with selected organisations and charities who reflect our brand values and those who work with children in various education settings.
Here we’ll share some of our partnership highlights from the year…
On 7th February 2025, thousands of schools and nurseries across the UK will dedicate the day to all things MATHS related. Children can dress up, play games and take part in a range of activities, while raising money for the NSPCC.
Last year, Number Day raised £357,000. This money helps the NSPCC continue their important work, and supports services like Childline and the Speak Out programme.
Promote Your School is proud to support Number Day. This year we’ve once again donated a Maths Wall Art project to support the campaign. Every school that takes part in Number Day 2025 will be entered into a random prize draw to win the Maths Wall Art project.
Franche Community Primary School won last year’s Number Day Wall Art prize. We designed, printed and installed a beautiful Maths Wall Art mural to transform stairwells and a corridor in the school. You can find out more about it here.
As NSPCC partners, we attended the 25th Number Day launch at Legoland where we met with HRH Duchess of Edinburgh. It was a pleasure to discuss how and why we support NSPCC. We also talked about how Maths Wall Art can inspire a love of learning in this core subject.
The UK’s largest writing competition encourages children aged 5-11 to submit their original story and stand a chance of winning amazing prizes.
Last year, Promote Your School donated a literacy Wall Art project for the competition. St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in North London won the project as part of a random prize draw.
“It has boosted creativity, it’s inspiring our students and you should hear the conversations that are happening as a result of this beautiful Wall Art!” – Miss Nicholson, class teacher at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School.
This year, we’re once again donating a bespoke, literacy Wall Art project. One lucky UK school will win Wall Art to create a magical space for reading. The Wall Art project will promote the love of storytelling and will transform up to 30 metres of wall space, anywhere in the school.
The competition is now open for entries! Children can submit their stories on the BBC’s 500 Words Competition page.
Doncaster Mind is an independent local charity. They provide mental health services in Doncaster and surrounding areas.
The local hub reflects the values of Mind Charity, as they believe nobody should face a mental health difficulty alone. For this reason, they offer support and help to people of all ages who are facing mental health challenges.
Promote Your School donated a Wall Art project to Doncaster Mind. This is part of a ‘charity give-back’ campaign where we offered all Local Minds Hubs in the UK the opportunity to apply for a free Wall Art project. Doncaster Mind was one of the lucky recipients. They opted for a calming nature wall to provide an inspiring backdrop for people who visit the hub.
“A big thank you to Promote Your School for our calming and unique Wall Art. It is always a talking point with clients and always received positively. It turns a walk down our everyday corridor into a journey through a tranquil forest” – Doncaster Mind
Each year, thousands of UK children take part in The Summer Reading Challenge. And we are delighted to partner with The Reading Agency each year to support this fantastic initiative.
There are two ways for children to take part;
One library, chosen at random, is able to select a school in their area to receive a literacy Wall Art prize.
Libraries can choose one of these options to select the winning school;
The winning school for 2024’s Summer Reading Challenge has been announced! St John’s CE Primary School in Blackpool have won a bespoke literacy Wall Art project. We’ll share all the details of their project once it has been installed.
Promote Your School is a proud sponsor of BookTrust’s annual Pyjamarama campaign. This was our third year as a BookTrust partner for the event!
BookTrust’s Pyjamarama is an annual event aimed at all children across the UK. It gives schools, nurseries, libraries, clubs, parents and carers a great way to encourage children to read for pleasure.
Every school that registers for Pyjamarama 2024 is entered into a random prize draw to win a bespoke, literacy Wall Art prize.
Promote Your School designs, prints and installs the prize. This year’s winner is Landgate School. They have won a literacy Wall Art project to transform their school library. We’ll share all the details of their completed project early next year.
This Christmas we volunteered at Waterstone’s Book Shop in Piccadilly, wrapping presents to raise money for BookTrust. You can find out more about this initiative here.
We’ll visit your school to understand your goals, explain our process and provide you with a no-obligation quote.
