Ryedene Primary and Nursery School British Values Wall Art

We celebrated British Values on the walls of Ryedene Primary and Nursery School.

Ryedene Primary and Nursery School offers a rich and inclusive learning environment. The school is based in Essex and their motto is; ‘Growing Together to Succeed’. This motto reflects the school’s commitment to raising kind and responsible citizens of the world.

With this in mind, we shared British Values in a bespoke Wall Art design. The Wall Art also includes famous landmarks from around the UK, a large visual map and the school’s values. This builds a sense of belonging and connects pupils to their community and the wider world.

Pupils at Ryedene Primary and Nursery school can see the world on their walls! The large map serves multiple purposes for pupils. For a start, it’s a powerful visual learning aid. Pupils can see countries in relation to each other and learn the art of map reading. They can also learn about landmarks that form part of the curriculum – another useful learning aid.

Combining the school’s values with British values is a powerful way to build tolerance and create a kind school community. This means all pupils will feel welcome and safe to learn.
