We designed an immersive space for the SEND area at King’s Cross Academy.
King’s Cross Academy is committed to meeting the needs of all pupils, including those with special educational needs and disabilities. They were keen to create a dedicated area for their SEND pupils. So they approached us with a vision in mind…
Using the walls, floors and ceilings of the SEND area, they wanted to create an immersive design. The design should give the feel of a launch pad, visually spectacular and aspirational for pupils.
We loved creating this immersive design. It’s sure to spark curiosity and conversation in pupils. And it has totally transformed the space (pun intended!)

Our process
We worked closely with the school to bring this project to life. It’s not the first time we’ve worked with King’s Cross Academy! So we were already familiar with the environment and the team there. It’s a delight to work with schools who are so passionate about their learning environments.
To begin, we visited the school in person to discuss their goals and vision. We walked around the area and measured up the surfaces to give an accurate quote.
From there, we guided the school through our design process. Finally, we printed and installed the Wall Art.
