Our school Wall Art design is all based around healthy eating and positive mealtime habits. And we enjoyed incorporating some fun images and vibrant colours for a truly engaging effect! The school canteen has been transformed with our carefully crafted design.
Healthy habits
The primary focus of this School Canteen Art is on healthy habits. So we included the phrase, “Healthy eating, healthy living” to encourage students to be conscious of their mealtime choices and approach to general health. By keeping the images really fun and engaging, we’ve avoided the messages seeming too draconian. Instead, the tone of voice is light, helpful and positive.

What makes School Canteen Art so effective? For a start, it brings dull walls to life and can totally transform the space. It also gives the space a community feel, celebrating a spirit of togetherness at school mealtimes. But this isn’t where the effort should end. Teachers and parents should encourage students to engage in healthy habits, including a nutritious, balanced diet, regular exercise and even meditation or relaxation exercises. This combination of activities will provide a well-rounded approach to pupil wellbeing.
