We showcased the migration stories of pupils and families at John Perryn Primary School.

These migration stories reflect the diverse and inclusive community at the school. And it connects pupils to their peers, parents, heritage and the wider world. It’s a beautiful celebration of culture and connection, and one we were delighted to support!

We designed large visual maps to demonstrate the migration stories. Against a calming blue ocean, we featured various countries, including flags and primary cities. We also connected individual pupils to the countries their families originated from. This personalises the design and creates a sense of belonging for pupils.

In addition, the maps serve as a powerful learning aid. They help pupils think critically and learn more about countries around the world.

We loved bringing colour and positivity to the walls of the school. This design is sure to inspire pupils and build a sense of unity for all.

Migration Stories

John Perryn Primary School offers a vibrant and diverse learning environment for pupils. The school is located in West London and provides a safe and nurturing education for pupils. The school’s motto is ‘Aiming high to achieve success in all we do’.

Headteacher, Ms Leah Wright, explains; “We are fortunate to have a fantastic school building, extensive grounds and superb facilities, including many newly developed outdoor areas for the children to enjoy.

With this emphasis on the learning environment, we created bespoke Wall Art to enhance the already impressive interior. Our Wall Art brings vibrance and colour to the walls. It gets pupils engaged and ready to learn, and also sparks curiosity and discussion between peers. Most importantly, the migration stories encourage unity and connection – to build a safe and inclusive school for all.
