Chapel Hill Primary School History Timeline Corridor

We designed a History Timeline for Chapel Hill Primary School.
Chapel Hill Primary School opened its doors to pupils in 2024. Since then, the school has shown that it offers a rich, nurturing learning environment where pupils can thrive.
The school’s headteacher, Sue Jackson, worked with Promote Your School on multiple Wall Art phases as headteacher of Lee Chapel Primary School. So we were delighted to support Sue as she creates a stunning visual environment at her new school in Essex.
This History Timeline tracks various historical eras in relation to each other. Plus, we marked each era with vibrant colours and headings. And, images and text are bold and easy to see, so they’ll appeal to all types of learners.

Chapel Hill Primary School
This History Timeline is a delight for visual learners. Its extra large format makes it accessible and easy to see. The bespoke design features large images. These images spark interest and draw pupils closer. They can even walk alongside the Timeline and watch events unfold in front of them.
Timelines help pupils understand chronology and inspire critical thinking. Teachers often tell us that children love to discuss what they can see on their Timeline. They may discuss and debate to share their views on various events and milestones. So Timelines can also help build vocabulary and engagement among peers.

Bespoke design
We designed this Timeline bespoke to the school’s requirements. This means we tailored the design to the school’s curriculum and it features the content that matters most to them.
Each image was carefully selected to represent the era it pertains to. From the Romans to the Royals, we ensured we featured events from around the world, across multiple civilisations. The end result is a colourful, visually stunning feature that has transformed the school’s corridors.
Pupils will feel inspired to learn more about the events they can see in their Timeline. So it serves as a powerful learning aid to complement lessons in the classroom.

Our process
At Promote Your School, we design, print and install Wall Art for schools around the world. Our process starts with a free, no obligation consultation. This can take place in-person at your school – or remotely.
After the consultation, we’ll put together a quote based on the scope of work required. If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll guide you through the design process so you get the exact end result you want.
Let’s get started
We offer unlimited design revisions (to your original brief) so you’ll only approve your artwork when you’re 100% happy.
Once your designs have been printed, we’ll arrange a pre-installation survey. This allows us to check that the walls are prepped and ready for installation day. So everything will go smoothly. Our installers can work at weekends and during the holidays to minimise disruption to teaching time.
