Oasis Academy Skinner Street is an inclusive and welcoming Primary School in Kent.

We created a colourful history timeline to transform the school’s outdoor space. The timeline traverses the breadth of the playground fences. So pupils can literally walk alongside history and see events displayed visually. The timeline enables active learning and gives pupils a sense of the relativity of events throughout history. It’s bound to prompt discussion and critical thinking, and helps pupils understand chronology at a glance.

Outdoor Timelines showcase key events across your curriculum – from history, science and maths to technology, english and the arts. They inspire critical thinking and help pupils understand chronology at a glance.

As with all our Wall Art, we designed this outdoor timeline bespoke. Initially, we met with the team at Oasis Academy to discuss their goals and preferences for the project. The scale of the outdoor space gave us lots of real estate to play with. So we could maximise the area and create compelling and thoughtful designs that would delight and interest pupils during play times.
From there, we guided the school though our design process to ensure they were 100% happy with the artwork they approved. Finally we printed and installed the Wall Art on their outdoor fences.
