School Library Wall Art is a great way to transform your School Library into a world of colour, characters and imagination!

Thomas Arnold is a Primary school in Dagenham. We were delighted to be contacted by the school to design some inspiring School Library Wall Art for the school. Naturally, the focus of our design was on a rich tapestry of characters, storylines, quotes and images from well known children’s books. 

We were keen to capture some of the most prolific moments from popular children’s stories. We also wanted to inspire pupils to spend time in the Library and encourage them to read more.

Some of the featured stories, quotes and authors include:

• “You are who you choose to be”. An inspiring quote taken from The 1968 Science Fiction book, The Iron Man by Ted Hughes.
• A stunning nod to Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson. We brought life and movement to the wall by showing a brightly hued parrot in mid-flight, and the classic white sails of a sailboat.
• James and the Giant Peach by Roald Dahl. Another classic children’s book brought to life on the walls of the school’s Library.
• We had to include a quote from the wonderful Dr Seuss, of course!

The school were very excited to welcome author Ann Stairmand to open the new Library. Pupils now have an inviting space for reading, learning and escaping to another world – through the power of their imagination!

We believe that school Wall Art can fuel a natural love of reading and encourage pupils to become lifelong readers. School wall Art can serve as a learning aid and will transform any space into an immersive educational environment.
