We designed a large map for PDO School in Oman.

PDO School offers high quality educational provision for the children of expatriate PDO employees. Children at the school are aged between 3 and 11 years old and this forward thinking school is committed to helping pupils thrive in a learning focused environment.

We were delighted to create bespoke Wall Art for the school and it was a pleasure to bring their vision to life.

Putting PDO School on the map

When pupils, teachers, parents and visitors walk through the foyer at PDO School, they’re in for a visual treat! This large, vibrant world map has pride of place on the vertical wall space. And it adds colour and interest to the area.

The large world map serves as a powerful learning aid for pupils too. So as they walk past the design each day, they’ll absorb and remember information without even realising they’re learning!

All in the detail

In addition to a large regional map of Oman, we also created a global map featuring key landmarks. The map includes flags from countries across the globe and it showcases each continent with an inspiring image.

In addition, we also designed maths equations for the step faces. So pupils can learn their times table as they take the stairs.

This is a great way to breathe life into the stairwell and inspire learning in a fun and engaging way.
